About André

André Y. Komlosy has nearly 30 years of experience in business development, corporate affairs and compliance, including several years as legal affairs and compliance officer for large professional services firms. He advises on governance, ethics and compliance for companies dealing in public contracts, and has held roles including senior policy advisor to Quebec's Minister of Finance and Vice-President of Corporate and Legal Affairs at Groupe S.M. He served as Bâtonnier of the Barreau d'Arthabaska in 2019-2020, was President of the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Drummond in 2015-2016, and has held numerous other civic and business association roles in the Drummondville region. He was named to the Order of Drummondville in 2017.
