About Christine

Christine Jutras has led Jutras et Associés as director since 2006 and has over 25 years of experience as a lawyer. Her practice covers civil law including insurance, contracts, liability and construction, along with secured transactions and bankruptcy, family law, administrative law and employment law, and she regularly represents clients before trial and appellate courts. She taught insurance law and civil liability at the Université de Sherbrooke's Faculty of Law from 1999 to 2006 and served as Bâtonnière of the Barreau d'Arthabaska in 2007-2008. She holds the Ad. E. (Avocate Émérite) title, awarded by the Barreau du Québec in 2018, and has held numerous roles with the Canadian Bar Association's Quebec division and the Association des avocats et avocates de province. She is also active in several community organizations in the Drummondville region.
