About Serge

Bernier co-founded the firm with Catherine Fournier in 1998 and serves as managing partner. He practices in civil law, business and corporate litigation, tax law, and professional regulation and discipline, and has advised on numerous business acquisitions, franchise agreements and share transactions. He has appeared before the Court of Quebec, the Quebec Court of Appeal and the Tax Court of Canada, and has also represented clients in municipal, bankruptcy and injunction matters. He received the Barreau d'Arthabaska's Merite award in 2015 for his involvement with the bar and the Drummondville community.
