About Marc-Antoine

Duchaine holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Sherbrooke. After completing the Barreau, he began his career at Couture & Boulet Avocats, gaining solid experience in criminal and penal law, before joining BMD Avocats as an independent practitioner. He does not handle real estate, construction, or condominium law files. During his studies he participated in Pro Bono Students Canada, worked as a legal technician for the Ministère des ressources naturelles, and completed an internship with Oxfam Québec in Benin, West Africa. He favours a personable approach and has built strong relationships with participants across the criminal justice process, using his negotiation skills to benefit his clients. He is experienced in obtaining U.S. entry waivers.
