Administrative & Regulatory LawMaude Cloutier practices criminal and penal law from the investigation stage through first-instance and appellate proceedings, representing both adolescents and adults before the municipal courts, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, and the courts of appeal. She also offers related services, including representation before the Review Board for mental disorder matters, contesting SAAQ decisions, applications for record suspensions, and restricted licence applications. Maude Cloutier completed her law degree at Université Laval in 2016, placing third on the Faculty of Law's honour roll and receiving several scholarships, and completed her professional training articling term at the Québec Court of Appeal. She also holds a master's degree in criminal law, focused on the prosecution of sexual assault cases, has taken part in several criminal law research projects on sexual assault and alternative measures programs, and has taught criminal law at the college and university level since 2020. She has served on the boards of the Clinique Droit de cité (2018-2024) and the Ligue des droits et libertés de Québec (2018-2020), and is a member of the AADQ and the AQAAD.
