Manwinder (Manny) Singh is a partner at Bosecke LLP, with a practice spanning residential real estate transactions and estate planning to structuring large development projects for developers, lenders, and joint venture partners. Manny advises on land acquisitions, subdivisions, financing, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and joint venture arrangements, often involving layered financing and multi-party negotiations. Families and small businesses also turn to Manny for help with property transactions and estate planning. Manny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Mount Royal University in 2016, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Kent in 2020, and a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law from York University in 2021.
