About Charles

Charles Bosecke is Counsel and founder of Bosecke LLP, with a practice emphasizing commercial transactions and financing, project development, corporate transactions, and real estate transactions, including projects across Canada and globally. Charles has extensive experience establishing limited partnerships, corporate structures, land development projects, incorporations, and other commercial entities. Charles began practicing law in 1984 after graduating from the University of Alberta, and the practice has grown from residential real estate transactions to larger projects involving construction and financing. Charles earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Alberta in 1980 and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Alberta in 1983, and has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1984.
