About Don

Don Miller has practiced law for over 23 years, beginning his career in Saskatchewan before an offshore posting covering criminal, family, corporate/commercial, real estate, and securities law. His practice today focuses on residential and commercial real estate, company law, and commercial transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, bank and private lending, and unanimous shareholder agreements for closely held companies. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan in 1994, was admitted to the bar in Saskatchewan in 1995, and was admitted in British Columbia in 2012. He joined Jodie Taylor in partnership at Taylor Miller Law Group in 2017.
