About Mahshid
Mahshid Hoseini practices family law with a focus on guardianship, parenting, child and spousal support, and the division of property and debt, along with drafting cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements. She practices Collaborative Law and mediation and has assisted a former Justice of the BC Supreme Court in mediations. She previously served as Secretary and Registration Officer for the Canadian Bar Association and sits on the steering committee of Emerging Family Law Lawyers, a group supporting junior family law lawyers and articling students.
