About Magal

Magal Huberman practised family law in Vancouver for approximately twelve years, handling parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property and debt issues through negotiations, mediations, and litigation. In 2020 she pursued graduate studies at UBC's Allard School of Law, completing an LLM focused on relocation cases, and following her 2022 graduation joined Access Pro Bono as project manager of the Virtual Family Mediation Program and as a supervising lawyer with Everyone Legal Clinic. She is incoming co-Chair of the Family Law Committee at the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and a volunteer lawyer at Rise Women's Legal Centre's Virtual Legal Clinic.
