About Mackenzie

Mackenzie Matheson is an associate at Beckett Personal Injury Lawyers, working in the Personal Injury Group. Mackenzie Matheson completed a combined Bachelor of Arts and LLB program offered jointly through Wilfrid Laurier University in Brantford and the University of Sussex in Brighton, England, graduating in 2024 with a first-class degree classification from the University of Sussex. During her studies, Mackenzie Matheson took part in mock trials, was a semi-finalist in the University of Sussex Moot Competition, volunteered at the University of Sussex Law Clinic, and clerked for judges in Brighton and Hastings during summers in England. Mackenzie Matheson was called to the Ontario bar in June 2025 after completing her articles with Beckett, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Middlesex Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
