M. Jennifer Cosentino is a partner at Kostyniuk & Greenside. She obtained her law degree from Sydney University in Australia in 2009, received accreditation from the National Committee on Accreditation in 2010, and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2012. After working as a plaintiffs' lawyer for two years, she joined Kostyniuk & Greenside in May 2014. Her practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, including occupier's liability, condominium and commercial building fire and flood losses, coverage opinions, medical malpractice, priority disputes, loss transfer disputes, class actions, and product liability. She has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeal Tribunal, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Divisional Court, and co-chairs the firm's articling program.
