Danish Shah co-founded Butz & Company in 2015 alongside Christopher Butz. Shah holds an H.B.A. and LL.B. along with a Q.Arb (Qualified Arbitrator) designation, and has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of King's Bench, the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. The practice covers family law, employment law, criminal law, and real estate law. Shah also completed mediation training at Harvard Law School and provides mediation services in Ontario for employment and family law matters.
