About Lyndsey
Lyndsey Magliaro is a senior associate at Pearsall Marshall LLP who has acted for public and private sector clients in corporate and real estate acquisitions and sales, financing transactions, contract negotiations, and reorganizations, and is known at the firm as the 'Deal Closer.' She earned an Honours B.A. in Political Science from the University of Windsor in 2011 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2014, after starting law school at the University of Ottawa. She was called to the bar in 2015 and spent her first seven years practising as a corporate lawyer at a boutique Windsor business law firm before joining Pearsall Marshall LLP in 2023.
