About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Graper is a senior associate in Miller Canfield's corporate law group, representing clients in corporate and commercial matters. She assists with mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, employment agreements, and commercial lease agreements. She earned her J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2014 and her B.A. (Honours) from Carleton University in 2010.
