Lulama Kotze practises primarily in family law and estate litigation, and also handles children's law and wills and estates matters. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph and her law degree at Queen's University, along with a certificate in International Public Law. In 2006 she interned and worked as a case manager at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, assisting in the prosecution of war crimes and crimes against humanity. She articled with Nelson Law and became an associate there before partnering with Katherine M. Nelson to open Nelson Kotze LLP in September 2019. She sits on the local Bench and Bar Liaison Committee and is a past treasurer and past chair of the Family Law section of the Frontenac Law Association.
