About Celia

Celia Rhea serves as counsel in Goodmans' business law group. Her work covers corporate advice, financing, leveraged buyouts, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. She works alongside companies, private equity funds, and hedge funds on financing and corporate transactions, including restructuring situations, collaborating with clients and other professionals to solve difficult problems. IFLR1000 named her Canadian Lawyer of the Year for Banking and included her in its Women Leaders guide. Several other publications, including Lexpert, Chambers, The Legal 500 Canada, and Best Lawyers in Canada, have recognized her work in banking and finance, corporate, M&A, leveraged buyouts, private equity, and restructuring.
