About Celia
Celia Rhea serves as counsel in Goodmans' business law group. Her work covers corporate advice, financing, leveraged buyouts, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. She works alongside companies, private equity funds, and hedge funds on financing and corporate transactions, including restructuring situations, collaborating with clients and other professionals to solve difficult problems. IFLR1000 named her Canadian Lawyer of the Year for Banking and included her in its Women Leaders guide.
