About Raymond

Raymond Rath was born and raised in Medicine Hat and has practised law in the community since completing his articling year in 1996, following his graduation from the University of Alberta in 1995. His practice focuses on family law, along with civil litigation, real estate, corporate law, wills, personal directives and powers of attorney, and estate administration. He has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench and the Court of Appeal. Raymond works closely with clients to understand what matters most to them in their individual circumstances and to advocate for their interests. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, camping and spending time with his children.
