About Luke

Luke is a Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP focused on mortgage enforcement, collections and estate litigation. He regularly appears before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, as well as courts in New Brunswick and Small Claims Court. Luke earned his JD with honours from Bond University in Queensland, Australia, in 2014, after completing an honours BA in International Development Studies at Dalhousie University. He's president of the Nova Scotia SurfAble Association and a longtime board member of the Metro Community Housing Association.
