About Lucas

Lucas Moskaluk grew up in northern Alberta and spent summers near Pincher Creek and Crowsnest Pass. He holds a Diploma of Criminal Justice (Policing) from Lethbridge College, a Bachelor of Justice from Royal Roads University, and a JD from the University of Alberta earned in 2018, and he has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 2019. He previously worked as a security contractor before articling at Danielson Law in Crowsnest Pass and practising in Crowsnest Pass and Pincher Creek from 2019 to 2023. Lucas now focuses primarily on family law, adult guardianship, and estate planning, with additional experience in employment law, contract disputes, and commercial tenancy matters.
