About Carson

Carson Foggin practices real estate law in its residential, commercial, and agricultural forms, along with wills and estate planning, corporate matters, and amicable family law separations. A University of Alberta graduate, Carson articled and practised at Gowling WLG in Calgary, gaining experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, before returning to Southern Alberta and later joining Huckvale LLP. Carson grew up in Magrath and serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern Alberta.
