Luc Maisonneuve was called to the Ontario bar in 1994 after graduating from the University of Ottawa with an LL.B. His practice centres on corporate and commercial law, business law, real estate, and estate planning, including business purchases and sales, financing, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. He also maintains a litigation practice, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as before administrative tribunals such as the Ontario College of Teachers and coroners' inquests. Born and raised in Timmins, he remains active in the local community, where he lives with his wife and four children.
