About Louise

Louise M. Mimnagh is a family lawyer at Family Lawyers Collective LLP and a past president of the Middlesex Family Lawyers Association. Mimnagh is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and an accredited Collaborative Family Lawyer, and has worked as a part-time professor of family law at Fanshawe College. Mimnagh earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Social Justice & Peace from King's University College in 2008, a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Conflict Resolution from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in 2010, and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014. Mimnagh has published academic papers on estate mediation and probate law and is a regular guest lecturer at family law conferences and education seminars.
