Lou-Anne Farrell joined Harrison Pensa LLP as Counsel in 2022 to build the firm's Estate Litigation practice, bringing more than 35 years of experience in will challenges, spousal and dependant support claims, executor removals, contested passing of accounts, power of attorney disputes, capacity matters, guardianship appointments, and breach of trust litigation. Farrell is a trained mediator specializing in estate disputes and previously chaired the Trusts and Estates Section of the Ontario Bar Association and served as Alternate Chair of the Ontario Review Board. Farrell is listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for estate litigation and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for trusts and estates since 2023. Farrell is past president of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southwestern Ontario and an honorary director of the Children's Health Foundation.
