About Loris

Loris Bénaiteau focuses his practice on the acquisition and sale of businesses. He also advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, including shareholder agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and service contracts. His clients include established, startup, and growing companies, among them French businesses seeking to establish operations in Quebec. Before joining Delegatus, Bénaiteau practised for more than five years with the business law team at Novalex, which joined Delegatus in 2024. His representative work includes advising companies on acquisitions and sales of varying sizes, assisting selling shareholders in the sale of a medical expertise services company, and guiding foreign companies establishing a presence in Quebec. Bénaiteau holds a law degree by equivalency from Université de Montréal and earlier studied business law at the Université de Bordeaux in France.
