About Locke
Locke Richards is a partner at Warren Sinclair LLP practising corporate and commercial law, real estate, estate planning, and estate administration, with a particular interest in serving farm families. Raised on his family's dairy and grain farm in the Horn Hill District south of Red Deer, he earned a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Alberta in 2010 and his law degree from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2014. He articled with Altalaw LLP, was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in October 2015, became a partner at Altalaw in 2022, and joined Warren Sinclair LLP as a partner in 2026.
