About Lindsay

Lindsay works with financial institutions and private mortgage holders on risk management, contractual provisions and the enforcement of statutory and contractual rights. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Winnipeg (2007) and a law degree from the University of Manitoba (2010), and completed a masters in law with merit at the University of Edinburgh in 2019. Called to the bar in 2011, she has served on the Residential Tenancies Commission as a Deputy Chief Commissioner and volunteered as a judge for the International Law Students' Association Jessup Moot. Her experience spans large accounting firms, commercial property companies in Calgary, and financial institutions, and she has been published in business law textbooks and mainstream magazines.
