About Linda
Linda V Goold is a lawyer and mediator who has been in private practice since 1997, focused on family law, child protection law, representation of children, and mediation. Linda personally handles every case, without paralegals, students, or call screeners between clients and their lawyer. Linda has extensive trial experience in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench, and is a board member of the Alberta Family Lawyers Association. Linda also belongs to the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Calgary Lawyers For Children, Calgary Mediation Services, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta, the ADR Institute of Canada, the Association for Conflict Resolution, the Alberta Family Mediation Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Law Society of Alberta.
