About Ross

Ross Ramgoolam is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Group, representing institutional lenders, investors, and developers on commercial real estate transactions spanning acquisitions, dispositions, secured lending, and leasing. He has extensive experience with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation insured lending, particularly for multi-residential portfolios and development projects. He holds a B.A. from York University and a J.D. from Western Michigan University Law School, graduating magna cum laude, and is licensed to practice in both Ontario and New York.
