Avocate at Delegatus
Linda Facchin is a lawyer, manager, and accredited mediator with extensive experience in labour and employment law. Over more than 30 years, she has worked across corporate, private-practice, and parapublic settings, and developed particular expertise in federal labour law after overseeing employment litigation for a federally regulated employer for more than 15 years. She advises major clients on labour and employment matters, including representation before Quebec and Canadian courts and tribunals, collective agreements, grievance arbitrations, and work stoppages. Facchin spent more than 15 years as Executive Director of Legal Affairs, Labour Relations, and Employment Law at a large federal Crown corporation before beginning her career at Fasken, where she practised for over 15 years, including as a partner and Co-Chair of the Labour, Employment and Human Rights department. She joined Delegatus as a lawyer-entrepreneur in 2024 after previously collaborating with the firm as a partner. Facchin holds an LL.M. from Université de Montréal and an LL.L. from Université d'Ottawa.
