Lex Klombies is a corporate and tax lawyer at Outsiders Law who advises charities, non-profits, and RCAAAs on compliance with corporate legislation, governance reviews, and charitable donation rules. She has been called to the bar in both Ontario and Alberta, and was previously elected for two terms on the Ontario Bar Association's Charity and Non-Profit Section Executive.
