About Leslie

Leslie J. Kirk is an Ottawa native who helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the legal side of the real estate market, including rent-to-own and purchase-option transactions, multi-unit residential purchases and sales, new condominium purchases, and institutional and private mortgages. She earned a B.Sc. (Honours) in mathematics from Queen's University before returning to Ottawa to study law at the University of Ottawa, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009 after articling with the City of Ottawa's legal department. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the County of Carleton Law Association. Leslie volunteers with the Old Ottawa East Community Association, speaks at local Continuing Professional Development events, and previously taught as an instructor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law.
