Leanne M. Williams practises in TGF's restructuring and insolvency group and is recognized as a leader in that field. Her work spans workouts, refinancings, receiverships, bankruptcies, debtor protection proceedings, and creditor rights enforcement, acting for both debtors and financial institutions as well as court officers such as trustees, receivers, and CCAA monitors. She has been named a legal leader for restructuring and insolvency by Chambers Canada and Chambers Global, a Thought Leader by Who's Who Legal, and a leading practitioner by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Expert Guides, and she has co-authored pieces for Lexology and IFLR while serving as President of the Toronto Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Beyond her practice, Williams is involved in community organizations and mentors within the firm.
