Michael Deverett has practiced law since 1984, appearing before the Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and in leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice covers litigation, estate planning, wills and powers of attorney, estate administration, and real estate transactions, and he has been counsel in several reported estate and class action cases including Banton v. Banton and Spence v. BMO.
