About Lauren
Lauren Kason joined Mills & Mills LLP as an associate in 2017 within the Wills and Estates Group, and her practice now spans estate planning, administration, and litigation. She helps clients prepare wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications, while her litigation work focuses on defending and pursuing will challenges, guardianship applications, and dependant support claims, with appearances before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Lauren earned her J.D. from Western University's Faculty of Law in 2015 and an honours B.A. in Criminology from York University, and she was called to the bar in 2016. She has been active with the Canada-United States Law Institute and volunteers with Lawyers Feed the Hungry.
