Laura Crimi is an associate in the Technology and Privacy & Data Management groups, focusing on technology contracting, cybersecurity, and privacy compliance. She assists SaaS providers, information technology companies, and businesses in emerging fields like health technology and carbon capture with commercial agreements, data breaches, and other technology matters. Her drafting and negotiating work covers licensing, reseller, distribution, development, and services agreements. Laura also provides intellectual property advice to companies working on commercialization and data protection. She volunteers at a Toronto urban innovation hub supporting emerging tech start-ups.
