About Kevin
Kevin Richard joined Groia & Company in 2000 and practises securities and corporate litigation, including investigations and hearings before securities regulators, shareholder disputes, and oppression proceedings. He holds a B.Eng. from McGill University and taught law in China before his call to the bar.
