Lara Merjane
Lara Merjane is an associate in the firm's corporate team, with a decade of experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in Canada, the US, and Brazil. She practised law for seven years in Brazil, primarily litigating employment cases and negotiating collective bargaining agreements, before moving to Canada and working in the legal departments of technology and financial companies. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2020, and is fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish.
