About Joan
Joan Krantz grew up on a dairy farm near Stratford and graduated from Stratford Northwestern Secondary School as an Ontario Scholar. She earned her law degree at the University of Western Ontario and was licensed to practise law in Ontario in early 1986, receiving the Real Estate Award for the Province of Ontario and the Business Law Award for the London Section that year. She worked as a lawyer and partner at a large London law firm and later at a boutique London firm, and also taught legal courses at a college, before moving to Huron County in 2003. She worked at a Goderich law firm before launching Krantz Law in January 2012.
