Lisa Toner
Lisa Toner is a partner who practised in Kitchener-Waterloo for 28 years before joining The Ross Firm in late 2022. She advises on trusts and estates, estate administration and probate, and is particularly attuned to the needs of seniors and people with disabilities. She is also a skilled estate litigator and experienced mediator, and she has served on the Executive of the Trusts and Estates Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association since 2014. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1992.
