About Kristina
Kristina Saedi Walsh is a partner at Admiral Law whose practice is largely dedicated to ongoing advice for commercial clients, including employment law matters and transactional work such as tax reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures. She has represented both purchasers and sellers in share and asset transactions, including recent work for purchasers acquiring significant interests in industrial enterprises.
