About Tiro
Tiro Clarke has practiced law in Calgary since being called to the Alberta Bar in 1996, focusing on ongoing guidance and transactional support for long-term corporate and commercial clients. He previously litigated and has appeared at all levels of court in Alberta and in the Federal Court, in matters ranging from commercial insolvency to estate litigation, experience that continues to inform his advisory work. In 2022, Tiro was appointed King's Counsel by the Alberta Minister of Justice and Solicitor General, recognizing his service to Albertans and contribution to the administration of justice. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a mineral exploration geologist in the Yukon, British Columbia, and the northwestern United States.
