About Kristen

Kristen Zammit is an associate at Bisceglia & Associates handling civil and commercial disputes, mortgage enforcement, and estate litigation. She first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021, later working as a law student and Integrated Practice Curriculum student before becoming an associate, which gave her a strong grounding in litigation and client advocacy. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026. During law school she took part in the Lincoln Alexander Cup Negotiation Competition and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada at a Toronto legal clinic. She earned her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at TMU in 2026 and holds a B.A. (Honours) and a Professional Certificate in Public Administration and Law from York University.
