About Killian

Killian May is the owner and principal lawyer at May Law, practising criminal law, regulatory defence, administrative law, and real estate. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and LL.B. from Dalhousie University and took part in the Criminal Intensive Program in Halifax during law school. He began his career in Toronto and has been based in North Bay since 2007, appearing regularly before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court. He has worked with the Elizabeth Fry Society and advocated for staffing improvements in the WASH bail court, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers' Association.
