About Kevin

Kevin Williams practices in insurance, construction, and professional and corporate governance litigation, advising national and international insurers on casualty, property, life, surety and professional liability claims. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1990 after earning his LL.B. and B.Comm (Hons) from the University of Manitoba. Kevin has advised on major Manitoba capital projects including Investors Group Field and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, and has argued four matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. He was appointed King's Counsel in December 2022 and has served on the boards of the Teachers' Retirement Allowances Fund and the St. Boniface Hospital Research Foundation.
