About Joseph

Joseph Groia is a securities litigation specialist who has acted in prominent Canadian financial cases including Bre-X, Hollinger, and Canadian Tire. He served as the Ontario Securities Commission's Director of Enforcement from 1987 to 1990 before founding Groia & Company in 2000, and was elected Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015.
