About Kevin

Kevin serves on the firm's management board and focuses his practice on civil litigation, defending clients of major general liability insurers in claims involving product liability, business interruption, property damage and motor vehicle losses. He also acts for chartered banks, trust companies and private lenders on secured and unsecured debt litigation and estate disputes. Kevin has appeared at all levels of court in Nova Scotia as well as the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He holds a BA and an LLB from the University of New Brunswick, joined the firm's predecessor upon his 1988 call to the Nova Scotia bar, and became a partner in 1995. Kevin has chaired the Annual Meeting for the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society and is active with the Danny Gallivan Cystic Fibrosis Golf Tournament.
