About Kevin
Kevin Henderson grew up outside Perth, Ontario, the son of a grocery store clerk, and credits that upbringing with the underdog mentality he brings to his legal career. He attended McMaster University for two years before gaining early admission to Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 2008. He began practising in Hamilton, then moved to a Toronto litigation firm representing major insurance companies in personal injury defence work before deciding he preferred helping injured people instead. Since joining Oatley Vigmond, he has drawn on his insurance-side experience to advocate for clients and pursue the compensation they deserve. One notable result was a $15-million settlement for a woman badly injured when her vehicle struck a municipal snowplow operating without lights. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and serves as a director with the Simcoe County Law Association.
