About Kevin

Kevin Gray is a lawyer and legal academic at Leo Adler Law whose practice focuses on the relationship between international law and public law, particularly extradition and transnational criminal law. He previously served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Inga Reine at the Court of Justice of the European Union and as counsel for Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General, appearing before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He holds an Honours B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, an MA and Ph.D. from Universite Laval, a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, an LLM from Columbia Law School, and a Diploma in Public International Law from the Hague Academy (2015). Gray has taught law, philosophy, and political science at universities across Europe, Asia, and North America, and is widely published in constitutional law, criminal law, and public international law.
