About Kevin

Kevin Blair co-founded Taylor & Blair LLP in 1993 with Graham Taylor and has more than 30 years of experience as a trial lawyer. After receiving his law degree from Dalhousie Law School in 1984 and articling in Kamloops, he spent four years with the BC Crown Counsel's office before moving into personal injury law in 1989. He has appeared successfully at all levels of BC courts and is an experienced negotiator who has settled many claims through direct negotiation or mediation. Kevin retired in 2026 but continues to make his experience available to the lawyers at Taylor & Blair LLP.
